제이피모간자산운용코리아㈜에서 아래와 같이 상품개발팀 직원을 채용하고자 합니다.

<Position Description >
The position will be a part of product development team developing financial product, coordinating the all process for new product launch, administrating existing funds and researching the market

<Key Responsibility>
- Assist in covering all matters related with onshore funds
- Assist in developing the new product concept with required analysis using database program
- Execute all required process for new product, which conform with internal policy and regulations
- Coordinate with all relevant parties (sales, regional staff, compliance, FSS, etc) in order to achieve our project on time.
- Assist in making regional parties understand our project in English
- Prepare documents in Korean and English, and translate properly: Internal report, documentation related to funds (Agreements, Shelf Registration Statements, etc)
- Catch up with all changes of relevant regulations and laws in order to apply to our product appropriately
- Update relevant documents of existing funds in due course
- Filing the documentation history of all our funds
- Administrate all existing funds: Amendment of Legal documents, Updating Ex-mem information according to laws and regulations every physical year of all existing funds, etc

<Required Qualifications >
- Degree in law or finance related subject is an advantage.
- Min 5years experience in financial product development, compliance or other related work in asset management companies is an advantage.
- Fluent in both of English and Korean
- Knowledge of financial industry
- Excellent communication skill
- Interpersonal, relationship skill building with all relevant parties
- Strong PC computer and data base program skills (Excel, Word, Power point, Bloomberg etc)
