덴쓰의 성공법칙

1. 일은 스스로 창조하는 것이지 누가 시켜서 하는 것이 아니다.
Initiate projects on your own instead of waiting for work to be assigned.  

2. 일은 앞서서 추진해나가는 것이지 수동적으로 받는 것이 아니다.
Take an active role in all your endeavors, not a passive one.

3. 큰일을 잡아라. 작은 일은 자신을 작게 만든다.
Search for large and complex challenges.

4. 어려운 일을 노려라. 그것으로 당신은 발전한다.
Welcome difficult assignments. Progress lies in accomplishing difficult work.

5. 일을 시작하면 포기하지 마라. 절대로 포기하지 마라.
Once your begin a task, complete it. Never give up.

6. 동료를 이끌고 잡아당겨라. 잡아당기는 것과 끌려다니는 것은 하늘과 땅 차이다.
Lead and set a example for your fellow workers.

7. 목표를 세워라. 목적의식이 있는 노력은 다르다.
Set goals for yourself to ensure a constant sense of purpose.

8. 일을 할 때 자신감이 없으면 박력도 끈기도 깊이도 없어진다.
Move with confidence It gives your work force and substance.

9. 두뇌를 항상 풀 회전시켜라. 1분이라도 틈을 만들지 마라.
At all times, challenge yourself to think creatively and find new solutions.  

10. 마찰을 두려워 마라. 마찰은 앞으로 나아갈 수 있는 힘이 된다.
When confrontation is necessary, don't shy away from it.
Confrontation is often necessary to achieve progress.
