일본 대지진 - 조업중단된 일본 주요 기업의 복구 현황

지난 28일 일본 정부는 최대 사용전력의 삭감 목표를 작년 여름 대비 15%로 설정했다. 쉽게 말하면 원전의 가동 중단으로 인한 전력난을 완화하기 위해 기업과 가정 모두 전력 사용량을 15%씩 줄이자는 것이다. 이런 목표치는 지난 8일 발표한 목표치(대규모 공장 25%, 중소 공장 20%, 가정 15~20%)보다 완화된 것이다. 수도권과 동북지방의 여름 최대 소비전력은 6000만㎾. 대지진으로 인한 전력 공급 부족으로 당초 예상한 최대 공급 목표는 4650㎾에 불과했다. 소비 전력이 공급 전력을 한순간이라도 넘어설 경우 ‘블랙아웃(blackout)’이라고 불리는 대규모 정전 사태가 일어난다. 수도권에서 이런 사태가 3일만 이어져도 일본의 GDP는 0.3%포인트 하락한다. 일본 정부는 이를 피하기 위해 2..
